Send your request
Email yop@yskillstudio.com with the subject ‘Delete my ÈRES account’. Include your username and, if possible, write from the email address already linked to your account. If you only sign in with Google, Discord or Facebook, specify which provider you use. Do not send passwords, verification codes, tokens or API keys.
Support will reply and verify that you own the account before deleting anything. Appropriate proof may be requested only if needed to prevent deletion of another person's account.
What deletion covers
The request covers the online profile, linked sign-in methods, sessions and community data attached to the account. Support will explain how shared match results, messages involving other players, reports and backups are handled. Any retention needed for a legal obligation or dispute will be explained to you.
Deleting an account may prevent you from recovering its username, friends and online progress. Data already received or copied by other people is not all under the studio's control.
Local data and external authorizations
Settings and the solo campaign remain on your devices: clear browser or app data to remove them. This local action does not delete the online account.
You can also revoke ÈRES authorization in Google, Discord or Facebook settings. This affects that provider's sign-in; contact support to also request deletion of the ÈRES account and its data.
